How I work

01

Research

Getting to know what users require and what challenges they face is the first step to establishing a strong base for any product.

02

Explore

It's amazing what can be achieved when we let our imaginations run wild! Brainstorm as many ideas as possible, then refine them down to the most effective ideas.

03

Design

Take advantage of all the discovered opportunities and turn them into something tangible. Keep it simple and consistent, and remember that nothing stays the same forever.

04

Develop

Create systems, and follow logic and usability principles. Create a seamless hand-off and always be available to help.

05

Evaluate

Taking the time to review our work and get feedback, opens the space for growth and improvement.

06

Improve

It's great to stay open to new ideas and be willing to switch things up. Remember to take a moment to enjoy the journey - work is important, but it's not everything!

Services

Nothing feels more rewarding than bringing a human-centred approach to a product/service strategy.

Values

Not only professionally but also as a person.

Emphaty

If we don't recognize the various difficulties and experiences that each person has gone through, it is impossible to generate meaningful work.

Honesty

If we lack honesty, it isn't easy to cooperate and work toward shared objectives.

Quality

Do your best and be confident in your abilities; recognize your limitations and don't hesitate to ask for help when needed.

Approach

We don't know everything. Relax and be humble.

Curiosity

Designers are like curious cats, but personally, I'm more of a dog person!

Openness

By hearing out different points of view, we can expand our understanding and grow.

Collaboration

Nothing gets done alone. Share the knowledge, learn, and lend a helping hand.
